Easycare - GAP INSURANCE

They refused to pay me my gap insurance after the car were traded in, didn't not received any notice to cancelled the insurance. Was told that it's the customers that need to call and cancelled it. Total scam artist and the biggest sharks ever that I can think of, that is the whole purpose of ripping customers out of their hard earn money.

There was an accident on a bridge in front of us. My car battery died. The bridge is slightly icy and it is 1am. I called Easycare, and they said they uld not help me because there drivers didn't feel safe driving to help me. Really? What use are they when they can't help you in a time like this. Easycare called me back and said they may be able to send a tow truck but it could take over 90 minutes. Unbelievable. Worthless!

I was scammed into purchasing a policy that I did not need. Easy Care contacted me and said my maintenance warranty was expiring -it was not- I believed them and purchased a duplicate policy. I'm devastated. 4K scam.

Bought a 09 Yukon. The dealership found leaking. They said it was "seeping" not leaking and they want me to wait until it's dripping. They're hoping it won't happen before the warranty runs out. Paid cash for the warranty and they won't fix it. What's the difference between seeping and leaking? No difference.

May 20, 2013

I contacted Easy Care the last week of December, 2012, as to what amount I would receive should I cancel the “worthless” warranty. I was told $3,520, and they would honor that price for 30 days. I had to get the forms downloaded from their website...

Warranty Experts - GO RV Network –Wholesalewarranties.com Jason Flowers, Dan Weldon, Jeff Shelton

I purchased a 5 year extended warranty contract for my motorhome in December of 2009 and was provided a policy. Subsequently, I received notice that the policy was never paid, even though I paid $2925 by credit card .

I have called Jason Flowers, with whom I dealt, on numerous occasions and he has promised to either refund my money or provide a valid equivalent policy. After dozens of messages left he finally told me to call 1 (855) 991 9173 and speak with the new owner Jeff Shelton as they have gone through an ownership change. I have never received a phone call back from Jeff as of today.

I have filed complaints with various organizations and plan on contacting all the agencies that carry this company as an advertiser.
