I have a 2014 Chevy Equinox in which I paid for a VSC (Vehicle Service Contract).My engine failed.

The failure was not caused by me. I regularly had the car serviced and took good care of the car. The rear main seal failed while I was driving on the interstate and all of the oil quickly ran out of the engine. By the time I got the engine shut down, there was a total failure.

EasyCare refused to honor the warranty stating that it was a design flaw and they do not cover design flaws.

Couldn't every automotive failure be ultimately attributed to neglect or a design flaw?So giving them money to cover failures is a waste money as they did nothing but deny my claim and now I am stuck with a huge bill.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Did not deliver as promised poor business, Do not honor extended warranty, Explanation on why the claim was denied, Refused to provide coverage for needed repairs.
