Easycare - Definitely a very unhappy customer
Purchased a used vehicle from a bigger dealership 5 weeks ago soon after purchasing the car started to feel a jerking motion when accelerating took the car in to the shop to get a diagnostic done on it the shop said the transmission was going out called easy care to set up repairs they are making it almost impossible for me to get work Done on my vehicle in a timely manner they are telling the dealership they will need to strip the transmission in order to find out what the issue is before they will pay out on a claim nobody in town wants to do that all the bigger dealerships have said that they've never heard of any warranty company asking them to do that when I asked the warranty company what would prevent me from getting my claim approved they said if they find out there was neglect done to the vehicle as far as not getting the oil change on time things of that nature I told them I purchased the vehicle used from a bigger dealership that was a trade in and did a full tune up on it the 1st week I had the vehicle so if there was any neglect done to the car it was done before I purchased it will regard less the reason why I paid for this warranty is to be able to use it in situations like this they are making it almost nearly possible for me to get the work done on my vehicle after Paying $3000 for a bumper to bumper warranty definetly go with a different warranty company Route 66 is half the cost with almost the same exact coverage except it does not offer wheel or tire repair... very pissed off consumer
