Well, four days ago, I paid in full for a 7yr/100,000mi TotalCare warranty on my 2013 AWD vehicle that is still under its manufacturer bumper to bumper and has 13,000mi. So I got a great deal, at $2600, so I thought.

When I get the emailed contract, I see that they did not check the AWD box on the contract...ok, so I call and they redo it and I get a new contract. This time, I notice, on the first page where your name, vehicle, address, mileage, etc are there is a box thats asks the purchase price of the vehicle. A $10,350 value was typed in. I paid $16000 for my vehicle.

I was never asked what I paid, in my brief phone recorded signing of the contract. So I called my rep, Abeeda Vargas, who tells me that they ALWAYS put the current NADA value of the vehicle there. So I talk to Kelly Levine the manager...who says shes never seen that box and nobody has ever asked her about the dollar amount??!!? Then she backed up Abeedas reasoning.

Well, in section I on page 4, it clearly states, that in the Customer Information Section of the contract, that Easycare will never pay more than the stated Vehicle Purchase price in repairs, over the lifetime of the warranty. It also states that no single repair can cost more than the NADA value of the car at the time of repair. So off the bat, Easycare got out of paying over $5000 in repairs over 7yrs by falsifying my purchase price. Of course, nothing in the contract backs up this non-sensible answer.

Nothing states that the purchase price is created by Easycare, based on current NADA WHOLESALE value of the car. IF anything, it states that the purchase price is information given by the customer to Easycare. I also learned they arent there on weekends as are not most warranty companies (crazy).

So, I am so aggravated with their service, the lack of weekend staff to resolve issues. I am really upset because I believe they ARE a good company, but I had bad luck getting these two stunatas my contract and that i am cancelling tomorrow (Monday) AND Im going to report these two to upper level management

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
